Policies
Everyone who visits our facility must agree to the following policies, or have a parent/guardian agree on their behalf.
2023-24 Payment Policy
All registrations are first come, first served. We use a convenient Monthly Auto-Pay System. We apply charges to your debit or credit card on the 1st of every month. If you choose to un-enroll, please let us know as soon as possible to avoid your card getting charged. Please understand that Hampshire Gymnastics School will initiate electronic payments for the balance of your account onto your credit or debit card (that is required by Hampshire Gymnastics to have on file) on the first of each month (for school year classes) and upon registration (for special events and summer programs). By agreeing to this policy, I further understand that if tuition is not paid on the first of the month (card declined), my child will be tagged inactive, will be un-enrolled, and children on the waiting list will be called. I agree to notify Hampshire Gymnastics if I need to update my payment information or credit card expiration date BEFORE the 1st of the month.
There are no refunds for missed classes.
Registration for school year classes/practices is a 10 month commitment (September - June). Tuition is based on 4 weeks per month. If there are more (or less) than 4 weeks in a month, tuition is prorated. For example, if you sign up for a Saturday class and there are 5 Saturdays in any given month, your card will be charged for 5 classes. If there are only 3 Saturdays, your card will be charged for 3 classes. There are no refunds for missed classes.
Discounts for Families - Tuition rate scale for families with multiple students and children with multiple classes:
First class per week (per child or sibling)........................................full price
Second class per week (per child or sibling)....................................10% off lesser tuition
Third class per week (per child or sibling).......................................15% off
Fourth and all additional classes per week (per child or sibling)..........15% off
Team hours are automatically charged at a lower hourly rate and are not eligible for sibling or multiple class discount.
Tuition Proration: If registering for classes mid-month, the system will automatically pro-rate your tuition, assuming you are starting the class the next time the class meets. You will see the pro-rated amount listed as a "Discount" in your emailed confirmation. Tuition is NOT prorated for severe weather closures.
