Why Take Gymnastics?
Gymnastics is the basis of all sport. Because of this, it is our belief that gymnastics training is
the single most important phase of physical education in a young person's life. The general
conditioning, strengths, flexibilities, physical awareness and coordination learned are directly
adaptable to all movement and athletics. However, the benefits do not end there. Discipline, poise,
self-confidence and perseverance are some of the intrinsic values of gymnastics training. In short,
