The free running class gives students a chance to explore varied body movements in a safe gymnastics environment.The class will cover the basics of Parkour such as rolls, vaults, precisions, and cats, as well as free running tricks, flips, and bar work. 

Parkour is BACK for the 2021-22 school year! Two wonderful instructors from UMass, James and Shea, are going to teach this fall! We are so excited to be able to offer this class again! 

Here are the details:

Who?
Kids ages 10 and up. No experience necessary.

When?
Tuesdays and Thursdays 7:15 - 8:45 pm.

The class runs for 15 weeks beginning Tuesday, September 7 and Thursday, September 9. The last class is December 14 (Tuesday) and December 23 (Thursday). There is a make up class on December 21.

The Spring Semester for Parkour begins Tuesday, January 25, 2022.

Cost?
$435 for one day/week (Tuesday OR Thursday)
$798 for two days/week (Tuesday AND Thursday)

Payments can be made by cash, check (payable to Hampshire Gymnastics) or credit card. If paying by cash or check, the total amount can be split into 2 or 3 payments. Payment is due on or before the first class.
