Registration
Registration for gymnastics classes beginning in September will be for the First Semester Only (a total of 20 lessons from Sept. thru Jan.). All classes are filled on a first come. first serve basis. Students enrolled in the first semester will be given the first choice of classes for the second semester (Feb. thru June). If you would like to reserve your class for September, please call the gym office to check on the availability of classes and then fill out the application below and return it to Hampshire Gymnastics. Classes will begin on Tuesday, September 2, 2008.
Registration Fee: $15.00 per student for the entire year.
- Tiny Tots is $260.00 for the semester.
- One class hour per week is $260.00 for the semester.
- 1½ class hours per week is $355.00 for the semester.
- Two class hour per week is $480.00 for the semester.
- Three class hour per week is $680.00 for the semester.
Refund Policy
A full refund to unattended classes will be given during the first four weeks of classes only. After four weeks there will be no refunds except for serious illness (doctor's note required).
Payment Policy
All Registrations must include the $15.00 Registration Fee. On or before the first class, the semester payment is due for one class per week. For two or more classes (or 2 children/week) ½ payment is due on or before the first class and the second ½ is due on the 5th class
Missed Classes
Missed classes cannot be deducted from the semester fee. One make-up class is offered at the end of each semester. If classes need to be cancelled due to inclement weather, a makeup will be announced at the next scheduled class.
