The Tiny Tot class is an introductory program for parents and children 18 - 36 months. Tiny Tots play games which teach them body awareness and rhythm. Cardiovascular and muscular strength is developed through activities including running, jumping, climbing, and tumbling. The children are challenged with beams, tunnels, ramps, bars and climbing ropes. Self-esteem flourishes as the children learn balancing skills, simple trampoline skills, and basic tumbling as part of a wide variety of gross motor skills.
