SAFETY REMINDERS
WAIVER
You MUST SIGN a waiver and release form. If you signed up through our website, we have it on file. If you signed up over the phone, you can sign one when you come to the gym, or print one out here and bring it with you on your first day. Please check with the office to make sure we have one on file, all of your profile information is accurate, and there are at least two emergency contact phone numbers in your child’s record.
PROPER ATTIRE
All clothing should be appropriate for moving, stretching and going upside down. Leotards are ideal (but not required) for girls, and shorts with t-shirts for boys. Everyone must have bare feet and hair pulled back securely and neatly. Leggings and long sleeves are encouraged in cold weather. We have a small selection of leotards for sale at the gym.
HAIR ELASTICS
Please remember to have your hair pulled back securely and neatly! Wearing a hair tie as a bracelet is a great way to make sure you won’t forget…especially if you come to gymnastics directly from school.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
CAN I LEAVE DURING MY CHILD’S CLASS TIME?
Sure! However, we recommend staying to watch the first few classes until your child is comfortable with you leaving. Pre-school open gym is Thursdays (during the school year) from 11:30am-12:30pm ($10/child). Unfortunately we do not have a regular open gym time for older kids.
