Tiny Tots:
The Tiny Tots class is an introductory program for parents and children 18 months to 3 years old. Tiny Tots play games which teach them body awareness and rhythm. Cardiovascular and muscular strength is developed through activities like running, jumping, climbing and tumbling. Self-esteem flourishes as the children interact with their parent(s), classmates and the Hampshire Gymnastics School teacher. Check out the video to the right, staring Caleb Vexler and his Grandmother, Anne.
